No real estate broker’s fees are charged. By indicating the conditions for your desired property and with prior registration, you will receive automated emails from time to time informing you of newly available properties. We also offer a loan program oriented toward expatriate personnel. We also highly welcome inquiries from investors. Based on our many years of experience, we introduce properties that best suit our clients’ needs.

For Clients Planning to Sell

Even in a seller’s market, it is generally thought that the sales process is more difficult than purchasing. We will personally visit your home, and taking its market value into consideration, we will teach you the ropes and give you some tips for selling. We will reduce the amount of brokerage commission for our existing customers.

For Clients Looking for Rentals

After receiving your request, we will send you listings of one-story homes, townhouses, condominiums, and apartments by email. After ascertaining properties that best meet our client’s need, we introduce these properties, prioritizing those properties that offer comfortable living environments. To lighten the burden of initial costs involved in assuming a new position, if you wish, we can provide a temporary advance against initial costs arising at the time of contract. We will undertake various procedures for heat and electricity for a fee (electricity, gas, water, communications, and rental furniture). In particular, having one of our staff present at troublesome appointments with telecommunication service providers greatly reduces our clients’ stress.

For Clients Seeking Corporate housing

We recommend this to those who want a temporary residence before entering into a long-term lease contract, those whose entry into their chosen property has been delayed for various reasons, and those wish to use it for only a limited time during a business trip. The rates are set at reasonable rates that are lower than nearby hotels. We currently own [serviced apartments] in the Galleria district, which are quite popular among those who use them.
